Terms and Conditions
All payments for courses will be charged in NZD under the name of Centre of Excellence in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
The Centre of Excellence in Data Analytics and Business is a part of the Auckland ICT Graduate School which is a New Zealand based joint initiative by the University of Auckland and the University of Waikato.
Payments are processed through the secure DPS Payment Express system. Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on the DPS system. No credit card information is stored by the Centre of Excellence and Auckland ICT Graduate School and we are PCI DSS compliant. You will receive email confirmation and details on your course when your payment has been processed and accepted.
Payment Security is managed through DPS for mutual security. Personal information entered during the payment process is managed via Arlo Software and secured with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate. All other information entered on this site complies with the University of Auckland Privacy Statements.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All notification of cancellations, transfers, deferrals, and substitutions must be sent in writing via email to the Centre of Excellence in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence team at email@example.com
Failure to attend a course / withdrawal from a course
No refunds will be given if the attendee fails to attend or withdraws from the course at any stage. No refunds will be given for courses missed due to illness, personal conflict, or any other reasons.
Any cancellations, requests for transfers, or deferrals received 14 days or less from the course start dates are subject to penalty fees excluding GST as listed below. Full refunds can be obtained up to 15 days before the course start date.

The Centre of Excellence reserves the right to cancel, combine or reschedule courses. If the Centre of Excellence cancels a course, you may transfer to another class or receive a full refund.
Registered participants may be substituted at no extra charge. Please notify us in writing at least 48 hours prior to the course start date at firstname.lastname@example.org
Participants are allowed a maximum of two transfers (subject to fees above for any transfer reason) within 12 months of the original course commencement date. Outside these terms, the transfer will be considered cancelled and no refund will be provided.
